Tagliamonte: Tagliamonte is a unique company because of the fact that it is the only manufacturer in the world that produces Venetian Cameo and Intaglio jewelry. The process is very complicated because it involves molding vitreous pastes and stamping of thin 18 karats gold sheets with original matrices of traditional iconographic subjects.Each Tagliamonte jewelry piece is unique and exclusive, being hand made by skilled jewelers using an old technique dating back to the 18 th century.
Tagliamonte was originally founded in Torre del Greco, near Naples in 1943 but it moved to Vicenza, the famous district known for it’s numerous and skilled gold workers.
