Armani announces joint venture
THE Armani Group announced this week that its new joint venture with COMO Holdings will mean the worldwide expansion of the A/X Armani Exchange – to arrive in Europe shortly."Through the launch of the Giorgio Armani Privé couture collection at the start of this year and now this new joint venture, we are effectively closing the circle on our unique multi-brand approach, whereby we are reaching all levels of the marketplace with carefully differentiated lifestyle fashion collections under the Armani master brand," said Giorgio Armani. The company foresees revenues increasing from $300 million to $550 million within the first three years.
