: Versace and Ferrari are rock, the rest is slow," said In Quattro Fashion Group president Fabio Cavaggioni, paraphrasing Celentano's trademark words; he was thus summarizing the party held last Tuesday at the Ferrari Maserati showroom on Avenue Road.

The occasion was the presentation of Versace's winter collection (including jewellery and accessories) and of the Ferrari 430, already available for the past few months but, as every car from the Maranello maker, "tailor-made" for every customer.

Ferraris are the world's most exclusive and envied cars; buying one now entails waiting two years (and of course having a well-padded wallet), yet the waiting list continues to grow by the day.

"I continue to be of the opinion that it is better to have one less Ferrari on the market than one more," commented Remo Ferri, of Ferrari Maserati of Ontario.
